Education 3.0 and the Pedagogy

Heutagogy) of Mobile Learning
This article starts with brief information how web,
internet has influenced people, education. Education 3.0; In simple words it is
a big stage where one can perform so many things. The table gives glimpses of
Web 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 in different context. We can see the difference. Education
3.0 differs in terms of availability of resources and that also in low cost we can
see that after reading that comparison. This evaluation is compared with going
from Pedagogy that is art of teaching to Andragogy that’s teaching strategies
to Heutagogy which says that learner shold be in center. Second table
beautifully differentiate Pedagogy, Andragogy, Heutagogy in different kinds of
learners in terms of Dependence, Resources, Reasons, Motivation. Then
Essentialism is defined as student should learn some techniques before they go
to next grade. Andragogical here has to do with socially connected learning
that means more being cooperative with fellow beings. Last Heutagogical
orientation which here joined with Education 3.0, learners’ capability is given
importance. Very important thing is said for choosing teaching orientation that
it is not that you switch over any orientation. You need to examine your
audience, their needs, specific field you are teaching etc. Andragogy of mobile
learning. Provides some examples of techniques and projects to be used. Heutagogy
of mobile learning shows us which kind of environment and learners we will see
in that.
